Meet Your Coach
~ Jade Celeste ~
Behind Jade’s titles - Health Coach, Ayurvedic Practitioner, Counsellor, Yoga Teacher, and Speaker - is a woman who has lived the very struggles she helps others overcome. Raised in a household marked by domestic violence and addiction, she carried deep anxiety into adulthood. In her 20s, she buried herself in work, sabotaged relationships, and ran from her pain through endless busyness and escapism. By 29, her world had collapsed into anxiety disorder and burnout.
​
But that breakdown became her breakthrough. Turning to Ayurveda and yoga, she began the slow, courageous journey of healing - learning boundaries, independence, and how to finally care for herself. Today, as a single woman in her late 30s, she embraces her truth fully, free from the expectations of society. She guides other women to do the same: to reclaim their health, set guilt-free boundaries, and live with confidence and authenticity.
